Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Lustria, operated by Lustria Media Services. A moderated digital creator engagement platform.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Lustria, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and applicable creator policies. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Platform description

Lustria connects viewers and creators through live sessions, virtual gifting, premium platform features, and a moderated creator community. Lustria is not an adult content platform.

Diamonds are closed-loop virtual credits used only inside Lustria. Users cannot redeem Diamonds for cash. Diamonds have no cash value outside the platform.

Creator program payouts are governed by Lustria's creator program rules and Stripe Connect verification. Payouts are not peer-to-peer money transmission between users.

3. User responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Lustria.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep your profile details current.
  • You may not share your account, circumvent access controls, or use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Creator responsibilities

  • Creators must comply with applicable laws, our Creator Guidelines, and content standards.
  • Creators are responsible for the content they publish, including posts, messages, and live sessions.
  • Creators must complete Stripe Connect identity and payout verification when required to receive creator program payouts. Lustria does not collect or store government-issued identification documents. Stripe Connect handles creator payout onboarding, identity verification, KYC, and payout eligibility.
  • Creators must honor advertised pricing for live sessions, premium platform features, and other paid interactions unless clearly disclosed otherwise.
  • Creators may not misrepresent availability, identity, or the nature of creator experiences offered.

5. Creator Agreement

By becoming a creator on Lustria, you agree to complete payout setup through Stripe Connect, follow platform content standards, and comply with applicable tax and legal obligations for your earnings.

Lustria does not collect or store government-issued identification documents. Stripe Connect handles creator payout onboarding, identity verification, KYC, and payout eligibility.

6. Prohibited content and conduct

The following are prohibited on Lustria:

  • Public nudity
  • Sexually explicit content
  • Pornography
  • Escort services and sexual services
  • Content involving minors in any creator monetization context
  • Harassment, threats, hate speech, exploitation, abuse, or illegal activity
  • Fraud, chargeback abuse, money laundering, or payment circumvention.
  • Spam, malware, phishing, or impersonation of others.
  • Content that violates intellectual property or privacy rights of third parties.

7. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or are required by law. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

8. Payment terms

  • Payments are processed by Stripe and other authorized payment providers.
  • Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Taxes may apply where required.
  • Diamonds are closed-loop virtual credits used only inside Lustria. Users cannot redeem Diamonds for cash. Diamonds have no cash value outside the platform.
  • By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method.

9. Digital goods disclaimer

Digital creator engagement features, Diamonds, VIP memberships, premium message access, and similar purchases are delivered electronically upon successful payment. Except where required by law or our Refund Policy, digital purchases are final once delivered or consumed.

10. Creator program payouts

Creator earnings are tracked in Diamonds according to platform rules. Creator program payouts are subject to Stripe Connect verification, minimum thresholds, and Stripe payout requirements. Creators are responsible for their own tax obligations. Lustria does not collect or store government-issued identification documents. Stripe Connect handles creator payout onboarding, identity verification, KYC, and payout eligibility.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lustria Media Services and Lustria are provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
