1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Lustria, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. User responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Lustria.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your profile details current.
- You may not share your account, circumvent access controls, or use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Creator responsibilities
- Creators must comply with applicable laws and platform content standards.
- Creators are responsible for the content they publish, including posts, messages, and live sessions.
- Creators must complete identity and payout verification when required to receive earnings.
- Creators must honor advertised pricing for calls, unlocks, and other paid interactions unless clearly disclosed otherwise.
- Creators may not misrepresent availability, identity, or the nature of content offered.
4. Prohibited content and conduct
The following are prohibited on Lustria:
- Illegal content or activity, including exploitation of minors or non-consensual material.
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or doxing.
- Fraud, chargeback abuse, money laundering, or payment circumvention.
- Spam, malware, phishing, or impersonation of others.
- Content that violates intellectual property or privacy rights of third parties.
We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Account suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or are required by law. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon termination, access to digital goods and balances may be limited as described in our Refund Policy and applicable law.
6. Payment terms
- Payments are processed by Stripe and other authorized payment providers.
- Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Taxes may apply where required.
- Diamonds and other in-app balances are licensed for use on the platform and have no cash value outside Lustria.
- By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method.
7. Digital goods disclaimer
Digital content, Diamonds, VIP memberships, message unlocks, and similar purchases are delivered electronically upon successful payment. Except where required by law or our Refund Policy, digital purchases are final once delivered or consumed.
8. Creator payouts
Creator earnings are tracked in Diamonds according to platform rules. Payouts to creators are subject to verification, minimum thresholds, and Stripe Connect requirements. Lustria Media Services may withhold payouts during fraud review or dispute investigation. Creators are responsible for their own tax obligations.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lustria Media Services and Lustria are provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars, whichever is greater.
