Our approach
Lustria operates as a moderated digital creator engagement platform. We combine automated signals, user reports, support tickets, and human review.
Content moderation
We review reported and flagged content for violations of our Community and Creator Guidelines, including:
- Public nudity
- Sexually explicit content
- Pornography
- Escort services and sexual services
- Content involving minors in any creator monetization context
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, exploitation, abuse, or illegal activity
Moderation actions may include content removal, visibility restrictions, feature limits, or account suspension.
User reporting
Users can report concerns through in-app report buttons, the Support Center with Report Content category, or email support@lustria.ca.
Include links, usernames, timestamps, and a clear description to help us investigate promptly.
Account suspension
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for repeated or severe violations, fraud, chargeback abuse, or conduct that poses a safety or legal risk.
Escalation for illegal or harmful content
Content involving minors, credible threats, non-consensual material, or other serious harm may be escalated internally and reported to authorities where appropriate.
Payment and payout holds
When we suspect policy violations, fraud, or payment risk, we may place temporary holds on creator program payouts or account features while we investigate. Diamonds are closed-loop virtual credits used only inside Lustria. Users cannot redeem Diamonds for cash. Diamonds have no cash value outside the platform.
Creator payouts are processed through Stripe Connect subject to Stripe verification and compliance requirements. Lustria does not collect or store government-issued identification documents. Stripe Connect handles creator payout onboarding, identity verification, KYC, and payout eligibility.
Cooperation with processors and lawful requests
We cooperate with payment processors, including Stripe, to maintain a compliant platform. We may respond to lawful requests from authorities as required by law. Privacy Policy.
