We collect information you provide directly and data generated when you use the platform, including:
- Account registration details (email, display name, profile information).
- Creator profile information when you become a creator (display name, bio, photos, rates).
- Content you upload, messages you send, and interactions with creators or viewers.
- Transaction history, Diamonds balances, and purchase records.
- Device, browser, and log data such as IP address and usage events.
2. Account information
We use account information to authenticate you, personalize your experience, enforce platform rules, and communicate service updates.
3. Creator identity verification
Lustria does not collect or store government-issued identification documents. Stripe Connect handles creator payout onboarding, identity verification, KYC, and payout eligibility.
When you connect a Stripe Express account for creator program payouts, Stripe collects and processes identity and compliance information according to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
4. Payment processing via Stripe
Purchases on Lustria are processed by Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates. When you buy Diamonds, VIP memberships, or other paid features, payment card and billing details are collected and processed directly by Stripe. Diamonds are closed-loop virtual credits used only inside Lustria. Users cannot redeem Diamonds for cash. Diamonds have no cash value outside the platform.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the service is used.
6. How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and improve Lustria.
- Process payments, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
- Send transactional messages and, where permitted, product updates.
- Enforce our Terms, Community Guidelines, and protect users and the platform.

We retain account and transaction records as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
