Creator responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate in your jurisdiction.
- You are responsible for all content you publish, including posts, messages, and live sessions.
- You must comply with applicable laws, tax obligations, and all Lustria policies.
- You must accurately represent your availability, pricing, and the nature of creator experiences you offer.
- You must respond to platform moderation requests and support inquiries in good faith.
Content standards
Creators must follow our Community Guidelines. The following are strictly prohibited: Community Guidelines:
- Public nudity
- Sexually explicit content
- Pornography
- Escort services and sexual services
- Content involving minors in any creator monetization context
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, exploitation, abuse, or illegal activity
Lustria is a moderated creator community. Do not publish content intended to circumvent these standards.
Identity verification and payouts
Lustria does not collect or store government-issued identification documents. Stripe Connect handles creator payout onboarding, identity verification, KYC, and payout eligibility.
Creator program payouts are governed by Lustria's creator program rules and Stripe Connect verification. Payouts are not peer-to-peer money transmission between users.
Creator program payouts require a connected Stripe Express account, successful Stripe verification, and compliance with platform payout thresholds.
Diamonds and earnings
Diamonds are closed-loop virtual credits used only inside Lustria. Users cannot redeem Diamonds for cash. Diamonds have no cash value outside the platform.
Creators earn platform rewards tracked in Diamonds from virtual gifting, premium platform features, live sessions, and other approved engagement mechanics.
No deceptive earnings claims
Do not misrepresent potential earnings, guarantee income, or imply that Lustria is a gambling, contest, or investment product.
No fake engagement or KPI abuse
Artificial engagement, bot traffic, self-dealing, or coordinated abuse of KPI bonus programs are prohibited.
Support and reporting
Creators can contact support through the Support Center using creator ticket categories such as Cashouts, Stripe Verification, and Content Issues. Support Center.
Report harmful content using in-app report tools or the Report Content support category.
