Creating an account
Sign up with your email and password on the welcome page. You can browse as a viewer immediately. To publish content or earn as a creator, complete the creator onboarding flow from your profile.
Buying Diamonds
Diamonds are Lustria's in-app currency. Purchase Diamond packs from your wallet using a credit or debit card. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Pack bonuses and payment-method bonuses may apply as shown at checkout.
Unlocking content
Creators may lock posts, photos, or videos behind a Diamond price. When you unlock content, Diamonds are deducted from your wallet and you receive immediate access. Unlocks are digital deliveries and are generally non-refundable once access is granted.
Subscriptions and VIP
VIP membership provides platform perks such as discounts on live calls and other benefits described on the VIP page. Subscriptions renew according to the plan you select until cancelled. Manage billing through your account and Stripe checkout receipts.
Virtual gifts
Send virtual gifts to creators during live sessions or from supported flows. Gifts spend Diamonds from your wallet and credit the creator's earnings. Gift values are shown before you confirm.
Creator earnings
Creators earn Diamonds from unlocks, calls, tips, and gifts according to platform rates and rank multipliers. Earnings are tracked in the creator dashboard. Payouts to your bank account require Stripe Connect verification and meeting minimum payout thresholds.
Security and payments
- Card payments are handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
- Account sessions use secure authentication tokens.
